LONG WEEKEND
TGIF? *sigh* We'll have 4 days of public holiday (Labour Day, Maulidul Rasul, Wesak & xtra day) starting tomorrow. I actually dread long periods of inactivity. I crave the busy feeling though I may blak...blak...blak... bout it. Yeah, I am the future workaholic, the one whose work is her life and prefer life in constant motion. Err, can a slacker extraordinaire can be a workaholic at the same time? Why not? =)
What to do during the long weekend? Umm, maybe i'll write about the way to make a good presentation. Or maybe I'll go swimming and meet some friends. Otherwise, hit the 'sleep' button and wake up on wednesday (just kidding).
This is a thought provoking article by Kim Wang. Kim, you have what it takes to be a good writer. Ever thought of doing this seriously? Hehehe.
Ohmigosh... I gotta go to the library to get some books to sustain me during this long weekend. Till wednesday then.
Take care everyone.

OH MY HEAD!!!
Was thinking of discussing something here today. But then my lab was used by my juniors for presentation. Listening to their buzzings (sounds like bees swarming around bzzzzzzzzzzzzz) gave me such a huge headache. Even my jelingan MAUT also failed to hush these people up. *sigh* Wanted to sound them but then, they'll probably be scared of me for the rest of their years here pulak (will elaborate on this some other time).
Can't these people see that during presentations, when others are presenting their work, you are supposed to pay attention. I have endured this since my undergraduate days though I am happy that I have always managed to get people to pay attention by using ways and means to get them to listen.
C'mon people, when you have really worked hard to prepare something to be presented, the researching, typing, etc., you'll be so disappointed when you stand right up there and see the others not paying attention and chatting along. All your labour wasted on these 'bees'.
Even when the speaker is so monotonously boring and seems to keep droning on and on, please do not start chattering at the back there. It demoralizes the speaker. Rather, try doing something else (draw or sketch ke) and be sure to sekali-sekala angkat kepala, look at the presenter. Show that at least you macam listening lah.
What makes a good presentation? I will write on this later. Right now, I have to go back. Rest until this headache goes away.
p/s:Rather tense entry. Need to blow some steam off.

Classes, Classes and More Classes
*sigh* This week will be having classes every night. This means that I will not be free the whole week nights. The rush is due to the pressure to finish the whole thing a few weeks before my finals. Final exam will be on 28th May. *sigh* Which means, I have to reaaaly rush home for the Gawai Celebration.
The subject I am taking this semester is called 'Cognition & Organizational Behavior'. Interesting subject. Thanks to my lecturer Pn. Mai, a very excellent specimen of lecturer who never fails to make each lecture interesting. We have discussions just about anything.
Right now I'm thinking of what I am going to do after I complete my masters. Am thinking of working first and then maybe continue to my Ph.D. Either majoring in Psychology or T&D. We'll see.

When Am I Going To Start Doing My Assignment?
Am asking myself when am i going to start doing my assignment? Argh! Do I have to wait until my arse is on fire? Argh!
Okay, resolution to self:
No.1 : Start doing my assignment this week.
No.2 : Keep resolution No.1
No. 3: Keep No.1 & No.2
Found two organizations already to do the case study. Had a meeting with the first one and meeting the 2nd one this week. Busy, busy, busy.
