the training seminar could be considered a success despite some minor hiccups here and there. but what pissed me off is that the existence of people who expects to get a free ride.they just did the minimum work required and put the extra burden on others, which is in my opinion, not ethical and irresponsible behavior. if their excuse is that they are working, hey surprise surprise, so are others. so what?
example of their attitude; the airconditioning system inside the theater was leaking, what did they do...nothing. i have to find ways to solve the problem before it got worsen. with the help of the technician, we managed to get two pails to catch those drips, which leads to another problem... the annoying drip drip sound. i went to the nearby shop to buy sponges to reduce the drip drip sound. what the others did? they just sat on their fat behind and some even slept.
anyway, despite those annoying people, the program went smoothly and hopefully will get good marks for this project (though deep inside i loathe that those free riders to get the marks they don't deserve).
when i came back at half-past 6 pm, I was dead tired (i started at 630 am after only 3 hours sleep). I could barely open my eyes to drag myself to take my shower and slept by 930 pm.
What i've realized, I love doing training despite the stress, piles of work... maybe i'll take this area as my career path apart from going into the academic line.
