Yes, it's my new best friend. ..Dr Simon Yii from Rejang Specialist Medical Centre advised me to use it. Apparently I have asthma (i think it was mild) since at night I will have wheezing noises when I breathe. When my coughing spell starts, that is when I wouldn't be able to sleep or breathe well. Last night I used the evohaler and my coughing subsides. Wah, finally I can sleep well. Also taking medications (steroids for my lung and antibiotics) to recover..
*Yuck!I hate medications*
I've used the evohaler before, 10 years back to be exact. I weaned myself to stop relying on it but now the Doctor advised me to use it again to keep it under control.
Had my Hepatitis A immunization also yesterday. 2nd dose will be administered in 6-months time.

Welcome to my world.I have been using the inhaler since small but not that often...Now,I need it almost every night.I think I'll die without the inhalerm **sigh

i try to limit using the inhaler.only when i cough badly and starts to wheeze, i need to use it. don't want to use the nebulizer in the hospital.made me feel like Darth Vader when i use that.hehehe
actually there are clinics that could treat asthma.my nephew was treated there and thank God, he's well and need not depend on the inhaler everyday.
Hmmmm I used to have asthma too while I was a kid, the worse was being admitted to the emergency ward on midnight while I was 13.
But, you know what? My mum decided to try traditional medicine @ sakang on me. Well, now I can proudly say that it has healed my asthma throughly.
Heck, I recovered from asthma but jadi full time chain smoker lah pulak ... aduhhh -_-"

mine is not that bad la, just can't eat cold stuffs (goodbye ice creams *sobs*) and keep warm enuf... and drinks lots and lots of homemade somboi juice. helps to stop d coughing fit.
I dont have problem eating those cold foods ... just this smoking is bugging me. Haiya, hard to stop, so many things tension in my life, tension work, tension girls ... haiyaaa!!!
