I have a bone to pick with ASTRO. My ASTRO was installed on Fri. By Sat, they say within 24 hours my card will be activated. It's blo*dy f*cking Monday and it's not activated yet!!! WTF?!!!
No wonder a lot of people complain about ASTRO's service. The customer service personnel dealing with me were well-trained though. Courteous and polite. None of those rude or clueless ones that I often read about. Bah, lucky for them (and me!) as I'm not in a good mood (not related to lack of ASTRO). Otherwise, I'd bite their head off via the phone.
